Care and safety guide

To enjoy our case at their best, please read and follow our recommended care and safety instructions.

Shoes/Bags Case Care

• Do not place handbags or shoes into the case if it is wet. Please ensure your item is dried properly before storing as any moisture increases the chance of mould.·

• When cleaning the case, use a micro fiber cloth with an acrylic cleaner or a regular glass cleaner. Remember to remove your item before cleaning.

• If you find your home to be humid, we advise placing silica gel sachets into the case for extra protection.

• Do not place the cases in direct sunlight as UV rays may potentially cause discolouration to your items.

• Please place the cases on a flat surface area to avoid falls.

• Please lift the cases instead of dragging to avoid any scratches.

• We advise against placing the cases on concrete floors as this may increase the chances of fungus or mould.

• If you are placing the case on a rough surface or concrete floors, we advise attaching self adhesive silicone feet at each bottom corner of the case to avoid scratches.

Safety

 

Collapse Hazards

We advise against stacking the case above your own height for ease of reaching your items and for safety reasons.

 

Lifting or Moving

When moving or lifting the case, please ensure to gently lift the case by holding it firmly from the sides to ensure a good grip.

Opening and Closing the Cover

When opening the case cover, gently lift it from the edges. This will remove the cover entirely, which makes inserting and removing your item more convenient. To close the cover, simply place it back to its original position.
