Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the limited production of the items, we will not be allowing returns and exchanges. 

We do accept exchanges if the item received has defects. 


Please email us at hello@lucentcase.com to arrange for an exchange and include your order number and a photograph of the item that you received. 


Return postage for this will be reimbursed to you. However, the item must be returned back with no damages and in the original packaging. In the event the specific item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.


Exchanges and refunds are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED for change of mind, SKU or quantity.
