Shipping

Please allow 2-3 business days (excluding weekends) for your order to be processed by our team. 


We ship to the following countries: 

Asia: Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan & Thailand. 


Others: Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, & United States. 

 

We are still on the lookout for the best rates to ship our items in other countries that are not in the list. If you'd still like to make a purchase, do drop us an email. We will check for the best rates according to your location and weight/ size of parcel.

 

Please note, COVID-19 may affect some delivery timeframes, with some courier services occasionally experiencing unexpected delays in transit, or delays in the providing tracking details.

 

 

Tracking:

All our orders are shipped via a third party warehouse. You can track your parcels via the tracking link that we share with you. If you are having any problems tracking your items, please contact us at hello@lucentcase.com

 

 

Order: 

You cannot cancel or edit orders once they are placed.

Customs, duties, and/or taxes are not included in the total price of your purchases upon checkout. We ship all international orders with delivery duties unpaid (DDU), which means additional fees may/or may not occur once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient.
